Packaging and padding was excellent. Not a bad buy at all. Leaving the second NVMe slot open was a blessing too.
Early days but all components were as described and passed all the stress tests. Everything arrived securely connected and the price was great (for the times).
So far everything is great and I don't foresee any issues, everything is from reputable brands.
Packaging was fantastic. And the condition of the builds exterior had zero visible damage. All cables were routed nicely and all connections to the motherboard were tightly plugged in. PC ran great and all drivers were updated out of the box. Only pegged it -1 star due to the build running 1 stick of RAM.
I've gotta be honest- I'm a Mac snob. I gave up on Windows PCs long ago. I use PCs sometimes at work, but at home I'm all Apple. My sons (they are grown) wanted to play the upcoming WoW Forever with me, and as I played the original twenty something years ago (on a Mac) I thought let's go! The problem is that while I have several very powerful Macs, none are really designed for game performance. SO- I figured out what I'd need in a gaming PC and went shopping. When I found the deal on this system I jumped - and boy am I glad I did. This thing is beautiful! PCs have come a long way and this system just oozes quality. The look is so awesome with the RGB lighting everywhere and the clear glass. It arrived relatively quickly and was packaged very securely. It booted fast and clean and Windows seems to have gotten better about getting out of the way. The price for the way this system specs out couldn't be matched anywhere else I looked. I wanted 16gb on the GPU and this one had it -when most other more expensive systems were only 8gb. So far it has handled everything I've thrown at it without a hitch. I can't find a single complaint. Customer service is great as well; I had one question about how to customize the RGBs and my email was answered the same day with the answer. All-in-all I'm super impressed. It's quite an impressive PC, and that's something I never thought I'd hear myself say. Great job, Kotin!
