Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We may expand our shipping areas in the future after logistics and service coverage are confirmed.
Order Processing and Fulfillment Time
Orders are usually processed after payment has been confirmed.
Because KOTIN PC products may require preparation, configuration, assembly, testing, quality checks, packaging, or additional order review, orders are expected to ship within 7 business days after the order is placed.
Orders are processed and fulfilled on business days only. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Processing and fulfillment times may be extended during holidays, high-volume periods, inventory checks, payment reviews, component availability checks, or other operational delays.
Estimated Delivery Time
After an order has shipped, estimated delivery is typically 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping destination and carrier service.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not currently guarantee free shipping for all orders unless a free shipping promotion is clearly shown at checkout.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after the tracking number is issued.
For high-value orders, we may use trackable shipping services and may require signature confirmation or additional verification before shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or requires reshipment due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees or related costs.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kotin.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@kotin.com. We will assist with a carrier investigation where possible.
Resolution may depend on the carrier investigation result and may include reshipment, refund, or other reasonable solution at our discretion.
Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees
We currently ship within the United States only. If we offer international shipping in the future, customers may be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges required by their destination country or region.
