Payment Failed or Declined FAQ

Why was my payment declined?
A payment may be declined for several reasons, including:

What should I do if my payment fails?
Please check that your card number, expiration date, security code, billing address, and contact information are correct. You may also try another payment method.

Should I contact my bank?
Yes, if your card information is correct but the payment still fails, please contact your bank or card issuer. Some banks block online or international transactions for security reasons.

Was I charged if the order did not go through?
If your order was not completed, you usually were not charged. However, your bank may show a temporary pending authorization. This normally disappears automatically within 7-14 business days.

Can you manually process my payment?
