Use this guide to understand what each order status means and what you can do if your order has not updated.
Where can I check my order status?
You can check your order status through the order confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website. If you cannot find your order information, please contact us with your order number.
What does “Order Placed” mean?
Your order has been successfully submitted. We have received your order information and payment is being reviewed or confirmed.
What does “Processing” mean?
Your order is being prepared. This may include payment confirmation, product inspection, inventory confirmation, packaging, or warehouse handling.
What does “Shipped” mean?
Your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. You should receive a tracking number by email once it becomes available.
What does “Partially Shipped” mean?
Some items in your order have shipped, while the remaining items are still being prepared. You may receive more than one tracking number.
What does “Delivered” mean?
The carrier has marked your package as delivered. If you cannot find your package, please check your mailbox, front door, side entrance, building office, reception area, or with neighbors first.
Why has my order status not changed?
Order status updates may take time, especially during weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, or carrier processing delays. If your order has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order based on its status?
If your order is still in the early processing stage, we may be able to help change or cancel it. Once the order has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
